Welcome to Latin Valentino. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers, visitors, and users of latinvalentino.com. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility By using our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Our store is not intended for use by minors under 13.

3. Products & Print-on-Demand All products sold at Latin Valentino are custom printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printify. As a result:

  • Each item is made specifically for you upon ordering
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time
  • Shipments and products are finalized through our fulfillment partner and third party contributors. 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify Payments
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are sent to Printify for fulfillment within 24 hours of being placed
  • Once an order is submitted to Printify for production, it cannot be cancelled or modified
  • Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before completing your purchase

6. Shipping

  • Processing time is typically 2–7 business days through Printify
  • Shipping times vary by location and carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier

7. Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. We only accept claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including logos, graphics, product designs, and text, is the property of Latin Valentino (@LatinValentino) created by partners (such as Winter B. Grafton under users like @Winterbelladonna @Belladumbee) and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission. 

9. Limitation of Liability Latin Valentino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use our products or website
  • Delays or errors in fulfillment by Printify
  • Unauthorized access to your personal data
  • Any other matters relating to our store

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Latin Valentino, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our store or violation of these terms. This includes spreading hateful misinformation of claims against such partners and Latin Valentino. We have the right to discontinue any conversations that may seem hateful or belittling in anyway. 

11. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in the United States.

12. Privacy Your use of our store is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Part of agreeing to our Privacy Policy is understanding that Shopify and Printify are fulfillment partner of this transaction and also have accesses to information given.
