RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: March 22, 2026
At Latin Valentino, all products are custom printed on demand through Printify. Because each item is made specifically for you, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final — With Exceptions Due to the print-on-demand nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selections (please refer to our size guides before ordering)
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Accidental duplicate orders
We WILL Make It Right For:
🔴 Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged/defective item
🔴 Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product or size due to our error, we will send the correct item at no charge.
🔴 Lost in Transit If your order is lost in transit and never delivered, we will resend your order or issue a full refund after investigating with the carrier. Please, note that investigations may lead to denial of refund if we find product was delivered.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear - sometimes longer depending on the nature of the investigation
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and contact us to discuss your situation.
How to Submit a Claim Email us at 1LatinValentino@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We respond to all inquiries within 10-15 business days.
LASTLY, all products are "print-on-demand" through a third party; meaning we are not responsible for products (including delivery, quality, refunds, etc.) in knowing this -- Please, assure we do everything in our abilities for a successful and satisfied transaction.
International Orders - International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Refund eligibility still applies for damaged, defective, or lost items.
