SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: March 22, 2026

At Latin Valentino, all orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing Time All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to Printify for production. Processing typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is handed off to a shipping carrier. This does not include weekends or holidays.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier, location, and demand.

Shipping Carriers Orders may be shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other carriers depending on your location and the Printify fulfillment center processing your order.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. This may be subjected to change due to discounts, program rules, or change in pricing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier or use the tracking number given to enter into another tracking program (ex. PayPal). 

Multiple Items If you order multiple items, they may be fulfilled from different Printify facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Latin Valentino is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at 1LatinValentino@gmail.com — once the order is in production, we may not be able to make changes.

Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • High volume periods (holidays, sales events)

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please wait 3–5 business days as carriers sometimes mark packages early
  • If your package is still missing, contact us at 1LatinValentino@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date
  • We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue

International Shipping & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority. Latin Valentino has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. If we can not seem to contact you please reach us to receive purchase or make refund if possible.
